The Pastoral Relations Committee stems from the idea of the Church Council that it would be beneficial to form a committee that would both assist the pastor and the congregation as a resource and for support.

The Pastoral Relations Committee has been created to support and maintain an open and healthy relationship between the pastor and members of its congregation. The committee will provide a sounding board, emotional support, and act as advocates for the pastor. The committee will also provide a way for the congregation to share ideas, dreams, hopes, expectations, and concerns with the pastor. Confidentiality will be assured.

There are a variety of ways you can contact committee members. You can call the church for their phone number or e-mail (click here) or you can simply speak with a committee member.

The Committee has been created to provide an avenue of communication to the benefit of our pastor and congregation, so please feel free to contact the committee with any questions regarding its work or issues you may have. We hope that the open communication will strengthen the spiritual life of our church.
